Redbank

Objective: HVAC system install for a large commercial space.

Outcome:

  • Replaced outdated VRF systems with high-efficiency rooftop units and automated controls.
  • Replaced all Filters within Air Grilles.
  • Connected system via BACnet interface.
  • Installed Truflow spray booth
  • Installed Seismic restraints for all equipment, pipework, ductwork, and piping.
  • Achieved a 20% decrease in annual HVAC operating costs.
  • Ensured consistent temperature control throughout the space, which was essential to ensure the sensitive equipment was not affected during manufacturing.

Energy-Efficient Office Building HVAC Upgrade

Objective: Upgrade the existing HVAC system to enhance energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

Outcome:

  • Designed and installed Daikin variable refrigerant volume (VRV) system, servicing 16 independent zones.
  • Reduced energy consumption by 30%, assisting with NABERS energy rating.
  • Enhanced occupant comfort with precise temperature zoning and improved air quality.
  • Project was delivered within the compressed timeline.

Multiple floors retrofit office (High-Rise)

Gold Coast

Objective: Retrofit HVAC System for multiple floor office fit out.

Outcome:

  • De-commission and make safe existing supply and return air grilles to allow ceiling alterations to be carried out.
  • De-commission and make safe existing temperature thermostats.
  • Installed supply and return air grilles to suit the new layout.
  • Supply and install new outside air fan.
  • Provided Form 12 certification.
  • Carried out commissioning and balancing.
